Labor of Love Comes Together

Welcome! Today I want to show you the wonderful card and envelope that I put together for one of my best friend’s daughter in law. One of the fun things about being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator is that I always have the right stamp set and supplies to make the perfect card!

Baby Boy Lewis will be here before you know it and I am so excited for mom and dad to be and for Lou Lou & Pops as well. How fun is this card hanging from the Bag?! AND all tied up with the Balmy Blue Variegated ribbon as well.

I decorated the front of the envelope with the Country Gingham paper and the Alphabet A La Mode dies! With a few extra touches of punches hearts and adhesive-back sequins, you have a cute cute envelope.

Using the Easter Bunny Punch and the Framed Florets Dies, I was able to create a centerpiece for this card. I fussy cut the flowers and colored everything with the Stampin’ Blends. One of my all time favorite products is the Charming Sentiments stamp set for the perfect Baby Sentiment for outside and inside the card. I used Stampin’ Dimensionals to pop that Easter Bunny up on the oval die cut and embellished with hearts, sequins and a medium sized bow. But WAIT – there is more – don’t forget to add that special touch of bling with the Wink of Stella!

This gift would not be complete without including the gift receipt for the parents to be, just in case the gift is not quite right. I used a piece of the Country Gingham Designer Series Paper to wrap the receipt up and even embellished it for that extra special touch.
