Perfectly Penciled Spotlight Technique

Using Spotlighting Technique with Stampin'Up! Perfectly Penciled Designer Series Paper Today I want to show you the card I made Using Spotlighting Technique with Stampin'Up! Perfectly Penciled Designer Series Paper . When I spotted this paper in the catalog, It was perfect to color! Biggest Wish Birthday Card Idea

Biggest Wish Birthday Card Idea Biggest Wish Stamp set carried over to the 2022-23 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog, and I am so very happy about this!.  This has been a GO TO birthday card stamp and thank you card stamp set.  Here are just a couple of examples.  I sat down to make 3 different cards for birthday to send out this next week.  They are not that different from each other, yet they are not the same either.    I combined several different color combos here to create a cute, sweet, quick and easy birthday card idea that is easy to duplicate. Here you will se that I put the following colors together.  Fresh Freesia & Gorgeous Grape.  Pale Papaya & Calypso Coral.  Flirty Flamingo & Polished Pink!
