Notes From Patience

I have been working every morning to create a new card or project.  Today, I have fallen in love with Beautiful You stamp set and Urban Underground Designer Series paper.  This card truly jumped off the paper onto the card!  I love how trendy this card turned out.  It has a sepia feel that adds a bit of attitude and sophistication.  I personally would love a dress in any of these designs.   Base  Cut a 4-1/4" x 11? pice of very vanilla or whisper white Cardstock and then fold this piece in half for the Base.     Cut a 4-1/4" x 2-1/2" piece of Urban Underground Designer Series Paper.  Place this piece a little to the left on the front of the base of the cards - leaving 1-1/4" on the right side.       Cut a 2-1/2" x 3" piece of Very vanilla or Whisper White Cardstock.  This piece is for you to stamp your image. Happy Sunday.  Another monthly Card Class in the books.  We had a great time and good snacks.  Lots of Laughter and a little picking on my friend Susan E.  She takes her time and we all love her for that!   Today, we made 10 cards.  Our theme was Valentines, but I also had a few other cards to choose from. Lorie W. working on her Embossing skills with a Thinking of You Card Jj helping her friend Maddie how to stamp! Valerie - always funny and always has fun! We are being Silly.  We have fun! I teased Susan E. about being slow.  She loves me and  New Stamper Maddie S. Deana L. and Jada H. discussing the new Occasions Catalog. Sharon loves her therapy session with us!
